SUMMARY:WS All Angels' Community Meal Volunteering
DESCRIPTION:Volunteer alongside your fellow West Siders to serve to-go meals to the All Angels’ community\, including our UWS neighbors experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. Tasks include: setting up chairs for outdoor eating\, assembling and packaging pre-cooked dinners and utensils\, distributing water and dinner\, and cleaning up. \nNumber of volunteers: 5-7 volunteers per date \nWhen: 2nd Sunday of each month\, 5:35 pm to 7:15 pm (Registration for each date will close on the Wednesday prior.) \nLocation: All Angels’ Church\, 251 W. 80th St \nRegister at redeemerws.com/allangels.

Come be a part of building relationships with and loving our neighbors in the West Side! \nVolunteers needed: 5-6 volunteers per date\nWhen: 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. We start at 11:00 am and distribute food until it’s gone\, typically lasting 3-4 hours. DESCRIPTION:Redeemer West Side hosts an annual dinner to appreciate and welcome the students of The Open Door ministry who gather weekly in our building. Many who participate in this ministry are immigrants and newcomers to the city who are looking for safety\, skills\, and a new life. \nWe want to welcome them with hospitality and a meal\, and we are looking for volunteers to help us show our neighbors appreciation on Wednesday evening\, May 20\, from 7 to 9 pm. \nLearn more and sign up at this link.
