DESCRIPTION:Interested in exploring Governors Island with others?  \nWeather permitting\, one of our Monday UWS Community Groups welcomes anyone interested (singles\, couples\, families too) to join them for a Saturday of fun\, food\, and fellowship. Food vendors are available on the island – just bring a hat\, a picnic blanket and wear comfortable shoes! \nSchedule\nMeet 10:30 AM in front of the 73rd St & Broadway entrance to the 1/2/3 MTA trains to commute to the ferry terminal together. We will aim to take the 11:00 or 11:30 AM ferry to the island.
