We may fear rejection\, feel inadequate\, or prefer to leave evangelism to the “experts” who seem more natural at it. \nJoin a group of people who want to become more effective in their Christian witness in our cultural moment. Over five monthly sessions\, we will reshape our mindsets and learn tools and best practices for sharing the gospel today. Applications are now open and are due by Friday\, February 13. The Frederick Douglass Houses are a low-to-middle-income public housing complex stretching from 100th to 104th streets between Amsterdam and Manhattan Avenues. Come be a part of building relationships with and loving our neighbors in the West Side! \nVolunteers needed: 5-6 volunteers per date\nWhen: 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. We start at 11:00 am and distribute food until it’s gone\, typically lasting 3-4 hours.
