Director of Youth Ministry

The Director of West Side (WS) Youth is a key leader at Redeemer West Side, overseeing West Side Youth Ministry and providing discipleship opportunities for High School (HS) and Middle School (MS) students and parents. This person works closely with the Sr. Director for Families and other pastoral team members on pastoral care efforts. The director develops the church’s future ministries for families, adapted to the distinctive center-city life. WS Youth is a unique program that serves as a thriving youth ministry home base for multiple churches, with a vision to become the most fruitful youth ministry in the city.

On-Call Events Staff

As part of the Events team, On-Call Events Staff assist with any building-related needs the event may require while also ensuring all clients and guests follow W83 Ministry Center building and event policies and protocols.

Children’s Ministry Sunday Staff – Nursery & Preschool

Providing a safe, fun, gospel-centered environment for children ages 0 through preschool age during worship services on Sunday mornings. Physical activity required including playing with children on the floor, picking up children, changing diapers, taking children to the bathroom, disinfecting classrooms and toys, setting classrooms up, and helping teach when needed.
