Director of W83 Staff and Programs
The Director of W83 Staff & Programs oversees all staff related to events and programming, hospitality, and external relations for W83. This person collaborates with the Redeemer West Side congregation, Redeemer-wide ministries, external ministry, and community partners to facilitate programming that advances Redeemer West Side’s sacred call by Jesus to love our neighbors and heal our city. They partner with the Director of Facilities to ensure optimal usage of the W83 building operations.

Director of Community & Engagement
The Director of Community & Engagement oversees the church’s community group and other community-related ministries (midsize, engagement, large gatherings). The Director helps gather, form, and sustain welcoming communities that engage our neighborhood in service. This person works closely with other pastoral team members on wider church discipleship and pastoral care efforts. This position is open to ordained pastors in the Presbyterian Church in America.

Women’s Ministry Associate
The Women’s Ministry Associate supports and helps launch women’s ministries for Redeemer West Side. Responsible for supporting the Sr Director of Care & Counseling in providing a system of discipleship, pastoral care, biblical counseling, and the training and multiplication of volunteer leaders. This position will also be expected to participate in the congregation’s life broadly.

WS Youth Coordinator
The West Side Youth Coordinator will assist the West Side Youth Ministry Director and West Side Youth staff to run key aspects of West Side Youth, a Gospel-centered ministry for youth grades 6-12. The Youth Coordinator will support the Director and Manager by assisting in the implementation of the vision, mission, and goals of West Side Youth. West Side Youth is focused on sharing Christ’s transforming message with all NYC youth in a place where they will be seen, heard, respected and valued. West Side Youth is a relational community that meets youth where they are at through authentic, discipline relationships. Our goal is to equip and empower students to know God, become disciples of Jesus Christ, and to be released into their God-given talents, gifts and callings.

WS Youth Associate
The West Side Youth Associate, an important member of the Youth Ministry team, will work alongside the West Side Youth Director and West Side Youth Manager to lead a Gospel-centered ministry for youth grades 6-12. Elementary Sunday School Teacher
The Elementary Sunday School Teacher works alongside the Elementary Manager and Children’s Ministry Director to teach our elementary students grades K-6 on Sunday mornings from 9:15-12:15 (hours subject to change) as well as 2 hours of prep during the week.

West Side Kids Main Nursery Teacher
Providing a safe, fun, gospel-centered environment for children 3 and under during worship service on Sunday mornings. This person will report to the Early Education Coordinator (EEC); teaching Bible lessons previously prepared by the EEC, leading songs for the children and teaching them about God’s word.

Children’s Ministry Sunday Staff (Sundays)
We’re looking to hire Sunday Nursery/Preschool/Elementary staff who can provide a safe, fun, gospel-centered environment for children during worship service on Sunday mornings. Physical activity will be required, including playing with children on the floor, picking up children, changing diapers, taking children to the bathroom, disinfecting classrooms and toys, setting classrooms up, facilitating small groups, and helping teach when needed.
