Spiritual Practices: Media and Technology
Do you long for a spiritually vibrant and mature faith, but struggle to figure out how to get there? The modern world carries us along its powerful currents to adopt a thousand habits that form us into anxious, exhausted, and shallow people. What we need is a set of durable spiritual habits that help us resist these de-forming cultural influences and re-form us into people who live out of a rich communion with God and with love, hope, and purpose.
In this series of monthly workshops, we’ll explore various spiritual practices – prayer, fasting, Sabbath, sexual wholeness, and more – and work through how to practically live them out in our busy and complex world. Whether you’re a busy parent, an overwhelmed student, a retiree, or working insane hours, these workshops are designed to help you cultivate heart-forming practices for spiritual flourishing.
