This sermon highlights the value of worship and the worthiness of Jesus to receive our worship. We see how weeping is transformed into singing as the Lamb on the throne opens the scroll revealing that the blood of this Lamb “purchased for God persons from every tribe and language and people and nation.” The language of Revelation reminds us of the transcendent mystery and power into which we enter when we worship, centered on the cross.
