The Christmas season is a time when we remember and reflect on the most amazing act of generosity in the history of the world: that God sent his Son, Jesus, that we might live through him (1 John 4:9). One way that Christians respond to God’s generosity is to live generously themselves. To give sacrificially of their time, their energy, and their money, to serve God and to serve others.
Redeemer West Side typically receives a significant portion of its annual financial giving during the month of December. That’s the case this year. And so, may I encourage you to consider your financial generosity to Redeemer West Side as we approach the year’s end? Not only is financial giving one tangible way you can respond to God’s grace, but it’s also a way that you can participate in the renewal God is bringing through our community, for our city.
Thank you for your prayerful consideration of how you can join with our church community by making a year-end gift so that we can begin 2025 on firm financial footing as we follow Jesus’ sacred call to love and serve our neighbors.
