Church Center, powered by Planning Center, gives you simple, convenient access to what’s happening at RWS.
It serves as a hub for people to connect, register for events, manage giving, and access groups.
1. Download the app
The app is available for both Android and iOS devices.
The mobile app makes it easy to stay connected wherever you are! Prefer using your desktop instead of an app? No problem – Church Center access is also available as a website.
2. Log In
On Mobile:
You’ll only have to do these steps the first time you open the app:
- Use location – zip code 10024.
- Search for Redeemer West Side.
- Tap Next to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
On Web:
- Open the Church Center page for Redeemer West Side (rws.churchcenter.com) in your browser.
- Select Log In in the top-right corner of the page.
- Next, you’ll be prompted to enter your phone number (or email if you prefer). Enter the six-digit code you received via text (or email if you chose that option). If you already have a profile in Church Center (from serving, being in a group, registering for an event, or giving to RWS online), you’ll be asked to verify your name.
- If you don’t already have a profile, you can create one at this point by adding your name and email.
How do I manage my profile?
You can find your profile and settings from the Me page.
To go to the Me page, select your profile picture or initials at the top of Church Center.
From your profile, you can edit your contact and personal information, your notification settings in the mobile app, manage your household members, and manage your saved payment methods.

What's my Church Center password?
There is no password! Access is managed through email or text.
Church Center utilizes a passwordless, secure login system that complies with GDPR and CCPA standards. Users enter their email address or mobile phone number to receive a one-time code or link, which expires within 30 minutes.
How do I transition my recurring giving to Church Center?
Thank you for your faithful generosity to Redeemer West Side. Your recurring gifts are a meaningful part of the ministry we’re able to carry out, and we’re deeply grateful.
Please make a one-time switch to move your existing recurring gifts to the Church Center platform. We apologize for the inconvenience; we are unable to automatically change your giving. The process only takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Set up your new recurring gift in Church Center Giving
1. Visit https://rws.churchcenter.com/giving
2. Choose your gift amount and fund, frequency, and the start date
3. Click “Continue to give” to log in
4. Enter your payment information, review, and confirm your donation
Step 2: Cancel your current recurring gift in TouchPoint
1. Visit https://my.redeemer.com/Give/stop-recurring
2. Sign in using your email or mobile phone
3. Scroll to the bottom and find “My Recurring Giving.”
4. Delete your current gift schedule(s)

How do I view other churches in the Redeemer Network?
The My Churches section in the Church Center mobile app shows the churches you’ve connected with.
The church you are currently viewing has a green check mark on its logo. Tap a different church to view that account.

What are the key features?
- Home Page: Your gateway for Redeemer West Side information.
- Groups: Explore Community Groups, Activity Groups, and Support Groups.
- Signups: Browse and register for upcoming events.
- Give: Securely manage donations, view history, and set up recurring gifts.
- Check-ins: Pre-check children or family members to save time.
- More: Click the “More” on the right to access additional resources, such as Weekly Sermons, YouTube Livestreams, and RWS Music.
Can I change my mobile notification settings?
Yes, you can set preferences to customize the notifications you receive on your phone (push notifications) in the Church Center mobile app. Please keep in mind that email notifications are not affected by the Church Center notification preferences that you set on the mobile app.
- Tap the 🔔 bell icon at the top of the app.
- Tap the ⚙️ settings icon.
- From there, you can update your notification settings for several different activities: Chat Conversations, Giving, Groups, and Team and Schedule.
Disabling notifications prevents push notifications from appearing on your phone, but unread alerts will still appear on your notifications list in Church Center.
Where are my previous giving reports?
Some details are still being transferred from TouchPoint to Church Center. TouchPoint giving data through December 31, 2025, is currently in the Church Center app.
Giving data submitted to TouchPoint between January and March 2026 should be visible in Church Center by June 2026. If you’ve submitted any giving in Church Center this year, it should be visible only within Church Center.
