Joy is the natural response to the fulfilled promise of the Messiah. On this first day after Christmas delight flows out of the writer because he has been “clothed with garments of salvation and arrayed..in a robe of his righteousness.” A delight that manifests itself in a passion and proclamation (“I will not keep silent”) to see the new Jerusalem on earth as it is in heaven.
Lent season is upon us! Use this time to reflect on what Jesus has done for us.
