Picnic at Governors Island

Interested in exploring Governors Island with others?
Weather permitting, one of our Monday UWS Community Groups welcomes anyone interested (singles, couples, families too) to join them for a Saturday of fun, food, and fellowship. Food vendors are available on the island – just bring a hat, a picnic blanket and wear comfortable shoes!
Schedule
Meet 10:30 AM in front of the 73rd St & Broadway entrance to the 1/2/3 MTA trains to commute to the ferry terminal together. We will aim to take the 11:00 or 11:30 AM ferry to the island. We will start off with a picnic and then check out the various activities and art on the island.
