As a church, Redeemer West Side is committed to pursuing shalom—holistic flourishing—in our city. One of the ways we live this out is in partnership with Hope For New York (HFNY). For over 30 years, HFNY has stewarded a coalition of hope that strengthens nonprofits, leaders, and communities on the front lines through resources and connections. HFNY brings together over 80 nonprofit organizations, a million people served, and 30,000+ volunteers, together seeking to promote shalom for all the people of our great city.
This coming Sunday, March 29, we’re thrilled to welcome Elise Chong, the CEO of HFNY, to share during our worship services about the work and mission of HFNY. Then, on Easter Sunday, our congregation will be invited to give generously and sacrificially to support HFNY.
And so, as Easter gets closer, I invite you to pray and consider how God might be leading you to generously and sacrificially give to support how God is bringing hope to our city through HFNY and its affiliates, over and above your regular giving to RWS.

| Join our Evening Worship Service Launch Team! Lend a hand at our monthly Church Family Meals. Serve at our welcome table for one Sunday a month at RWS. Subscribe to our Neighborhood Engagement Newsletter. HFNY 1: Join us in a special Easter Sacrificial Offering to extend the hope of Easter Sunday in a tangible way to our neighbors across New York City, so that each person might flourish.
